Alice C. Serko


Ms. Serko handles a broad range of civil litigation matters in defense of both private and public entities.

She is admitted to practice law in Washington and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Presentations and Publications

Ms. Serko regularly handles matters involving catastrophic injury, personal injury, breach of contract, employment discrimination, wage and hour, asbestos, product liability and environmental and toxic tort. She has substantial experience in labor and employment law, product liability and general negligence matters.

Ms. Serko has been selected to Washington Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” (2017). Before joining Tanenbaum Keale LLP, Ms. Serko was an associate with Sedgwick LLP.
