Erin P. Fraser


Ms. Fraser is an associate with Tanenbaum Keale LLP, where she focuses her practice on complex product liability litigation. She is well versed in all stages of civil litigation and has tried three cases to verdict.

While in law school, Ms. Fraser spent her summers working as a legal intern at legal aid organizations including Greater Boston Legal Services and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. For her work at Greater Boston Legal Services in 2005, she received an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellowship.

Ms. Fraser is admitted to practice law in Washington, Oregon and California, and admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Ms. Fraser is experienced in defending corporate clients in complex product liability actions. She has conducted and defended countless depositions and successfully negotiated favorable settlements for her clients. Ms. Fraser began her career practicing securities litigation and, in that capacity, represented shareholder plaintiffs in complex securities actions and played an instrumental role in the settlement of a shareholder derivative suit for $13.5 million in attorneys’ fees.

Ms. Fraser has dedicated signi cant pro bono hours to the causes of housing and immigrant rights, including defending a client at trial in federal court against a petition led under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, obtaining a verdict for her client.

Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale LLP, Ms. Fraser was an Associate with Sedgwick LLP and a member of the rm’s Product Liability practice group.
