Tanenbaum Keale LLP associate Pamela R. Kaplan co-authored a recent article for the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) The Voice in an article titled “Advice on Business Development, Seizing Opportunities, and the Work–Life Balance for Young Women Lawyers.”
Kaplan, along with Jessica Knopp Cunning of Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP and Kristi Lemanski of Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP, asked senior female DRI Young Lawyers Committee members for their tips, tricks, and thoughts about business development, making equity partner, and generally “making it” in the law firm environment.
The three also touch on how these senior members have managed work-life balance.
