Robert M. Gilmartin, Jr.

Gilmartin has more than 20 years of experience working in litigation matters including, but not limited to, asbestos, construction and pharmaceutical litigation, with experience in product liability. Gilmartin served as an attorney member on one of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District Ethics Committees from 2012 through 2016. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University.

Marina G. McGuire

Marina G. McGuire

McGuire is a seasoned attorney with more than 15 years of experience. She focuses her practice on product liability and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Previously, she was concentrated on the defense of large companies involved in complex litigation, including but not limited to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in both federal and state court. She earned her law degree, cum laude,from New York Law School and her B.S. from the University of Scranton.

Afigo I. Okpewho-Fadahunsi

Afigo I. Okpewho-Fadahunsi

Okpewho-Fadahunsi has more than 15 years of experience litigating product liability, environmental and toxic tort matters with an emphasis on appellate advocacy. She also has extensive experience defending media corporations, advertising agencies and product manufacturers in intellectual property, media and entertainment litigation involving copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, right of publicity misappropriation and unfair competition claims. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany.
