Timothy Freeman to Present at Products Liability Seminar

Tanenbaum Keale LLP associate Timothy Freeman will discuss how New Jersey has bolstered the standards for admissibility of expert testimony at an upcoming Products Liability Seminar presented by the New Jersey Defense Association & Association of Corporate Counsel New Jersey on February 1.

During his presentation, “Jersey Strong: Strengthening Our Standards for Expert Admissibility,” Freeman will describe how he might use the Daubert factors to exclude an expert in his area of products liability.

In addition, he’ll touch on how New Jersey courts have applied the In re Accutane decision in the past few months, and finally touch on reaction from the plaintiffs’ bar.
