Tanenbaum Keale LLP has an immediate opening for a Technology Manager in its Newark, New Jersey office to support the Firm’s initiatives to apply technology to projects enhancing client service, productivity gains and its focus on acting as stewards of client and Tanenbaum Keale data. This is a newly created position.
Tanenbaum Keale is a nationally recognized trial boutique with an emphasis in product liability defense. Through the firm’s wholly owned technology subsidiary Xerdict Group LLC, and its proprietary web-based extranet tool, CaseEnsemble™, we offer our clients a collaborative platform where real-time data is available from which strategies may be developed, assessed and refined throughout the course of any matter.
The Technology Manager will assist in three main areas:
- Supporting CaseEnsemble by working on tasks including developing and writing requirements, overseeing test plans, working closely with developers and using tools such as SQL to generate reports and manage data.
- Supporting the core Tanenbaum Keale LLP cloud platform technology tools including Amazon Web Services, Active Directory, Mimecast, Okta, IMANAGE and others.
- Acting as project lead or team member supporting internal efforts including security, infrastructure and administrative projects.
The ideal candidate will have five years or more of experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and many of the technologies identified above. Certifications in any of the tools Tanenbaum Keale uses, or general certifications such as PMP, CISSP, etc. are also preferred.
