Tanenbaum Keale LLP partner Robert M. Gilmartin, Jr. recently authored an article on the cultivation of technology solutions for use in litigation practices with Law Technology Today, an online publication of the American Bar Association’s Legal Technology Resource Center (LTRC).
Gilmartin wrote about his experience developing a matter management system in conjunction with firm subsidiary Xerdict Group LLC. He provided insight into how firms and attorneys can analyze internal needs and develop systems that best capture data and provide value to clients based on efficiency and transparency.
“The system allows me to manage all of my cases with relative ease, and any litigator still resisting the implementation and use of emerging technology can no longer dispute the advantages,” Gilmartin wrote in the article, titled “Harnessing the Power of Technology to Improve Litigation Management.”
