Pamela Kaplan assists with organization of DRI Product Liability Conference session, co-presents CLE on case law update

Tanenbaum Keale LLP associate Pamela R. Kaplan recently attended the DRI Product Liability Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. She serves as the Young Lawyers Vice-Chair to the Product Liability Committee and assisted in organizing the Young Lawyers (YL) Breakout session for the three-day conference.

In advance of the conference, Pamela was a co-presenter for a CLE webinar entitled “2021 Product Liability Case Law Update”, which examined recent rulings in the U.S. Circuit Courts and in Canada in that sector of law. Catherine Ava Leatherwood and Xan Flowers, also YL Liaisons, were the co-presenters.

At Tanenbaum Keale, Kaplan focuses her practice on the areas of product liability, asbestos, environmental and toxic tort litigation. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
