Tanenbaum Keale LLP partner Tiffany Alexander will be part of a distinguished faculty for the FDCC’s upcoming Virtual Deposition Boot Camp, which offers young lawyers the unique opportunity to get “basic training” and advanced instruction for all aspects of taking and defending depositions. This will be a two-day virtual program.

Alexander, who serves as a Senior Director on the FDCC Board, and other experienced defense attorneys will teach the “how-tos” of a wide range of situations, including deposing an expert, preparing a client, and dealing with opposing counsel. Law firms are allowed to register one associate for free, and CLE credits are available for 17 states.

The FDCC is composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction and is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.
