Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce Pamela R. Kaplan has joined the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2025.

Kaplan’s diverse private practice utilizes a collaborative and creative approach to develop effective and sensible legal strategies to assist clients in achieving positive results.  Her practice focuses on complex product liability, asbestos and environmental toxic tort litigation.

An associate with Tanenbaum Keale since 2017, Kaplan manages a diverse and challenging caseload, handling matters from inception through resolution and appeal when necessary. She excels in coordination of litigation management.

In addition to her professional work, Kaplan maintains active membership with the Defense Research Institute (DRI) with which she serves on the organization’s Young Lawyers Steering Committee, as well as its Product Liability Committee. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).

Kaplan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania before earning her Juris Doctor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
