Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce Timothy M. McCann joined the firm as partner in the Newark office. He is also licensed in New York and Pennsylvania.
During his career, McCann developed a high-profile track record of success representing clients in complex litigation involving claims associated with toxic tort exposures and product liability allegations. Specifically, his experience in the asbestos litigation enables him to provide sophisticated and efficient defense strategies aligned with the risk that each unique matter presents.
McCann also brings extensive experience defending healthcare professionals against allegations of medical malpractice.
“Our firm is delighted to add Tim’s vast experience in handling matters aligned with our core practice areas,” Tanenbaum Keale Chair James H. Keale said. “We continue to seek out attorneys who enhance our concerted effort to not only address the legal needs of our clients but also broaden our resources to provide comprehensive litigation services.”
Prior to entering private practice, McCann served as in-house counsel for one of the world’s largest energy delivery systems. He obtained a master’s degree in energy management and environmental science from New York Institute of Technology, completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University’s School of Law.
