Spectrum360, a New Jersey-based organization, recently interviewed Tanenbaum Keale LLP paralegal Laura Matos and firm managing partner Philip F. McGovern, Jr. for a feature article discussing their personal connections to the organization as well as the firm’s continued sponsorship of the group’s A Walk for a Lifetime.

Spectrum360 was built to meet the needs of people with autism and those with related challenges. Today – and every day – they work to provide an inclusive, warm and welcoming setting to help their students and adults thrive. The organization provides people with autism and those with related challenges the specialized programs and support they need to realize their aspirations, lead thriving lives and fully engage with their families and in their communities. Matos’ son has been a student at Spectrum360’s Academy360 since 2021.

Matos joined the firm shortly before the organization’s A Walk for a Lifetime, an annual fundraising event to show support for the students and adults attending Spectrum360. After Matos placed a pamphlet about the walk on her desk for her colleagues to view, the firm quickly decided to become a sponsor of the walk and has continued to do so year after year.
