Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce Gregory Hoffman, Joshua Randall and Jonathan Geider joined the firm as associates. All three will work from the Newark office.
Hoffman joins Tanenbaum Keale with extensive experience in civil litigation, allowing him to support and advocate for the Firm’s clients across a variety of matters. With a practice focused on commercial litigation, insurance defense and real estate matters, he will provide the Firm’s clients with resourceful counsel and solutions to achieve favorable outcomes.
Randall joins the firm with a practice focused on general litigation and products liability. He will continue to provide the highest level of service for the Firm’s clients through all aspects of litigation to ensure appropriate preparation for trial.
Geider has focused his practice on labor law and premises liability. He prioritizes consistent, strong communication with clients throughout the entire litigation process, placing high value on early investigation to create individual strategies specific to each case to work toward obtaining the best resolutions for clients.

Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale, Geider practiced at several New York law firms with a focus on insurance defense. He has also served as a judicial law clerk for the state of New Jersey and held an internship in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
Hoffman previously served as a public defender for individuals in criminal cases and a pro bono attorney for housing crisis matters such as foreclosures and housing discriminations. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut and earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
Randall most recently practiced at a New Jersey law firm developing his general litigation practice. Before entering private practice, he served a clerkship with the Hon. Peter G. Geiger in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina and earned a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
