Catherine G. Bryan

Partner

Katie Bryan regularly represents a wide range of clients in product liability, mass tort and complex casualty litigation matters at trial and appellate levels in legal venues across the country. She has a proven track record of achieving successful resolutions in state and federal courts as well as having individually and collaboratively handled numerous jury trials to verdict.

Excelling in claims involving more than one claimant and/or jurisdictional consideration, Ms. Bryan regularly helps manufacturers, product designers, construction companies and transportation and logistics operators understand potential defense positions and then implements strategies aimed at meeting business and reputational objectives in product liability and complex tort matters.

In addition to private practice work, Ms. Bryan also regularly serves as a pro bono attorney with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), representing minors in immigration proceedings.
