Christina Scarabino is an insurance coverage lawyer with experience representing and advising insurance carriers on a variety of challenging coverage issues involving issues of commercial and excess liability, workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, professional liability and subrogation in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has represented insurers in both first- and third-party coverage disputes in all aspects of the litigation process, including comprehensive motion practice experience as well as pre-suit coverage evaluations.

Ms. Scarabino brings a strategic and collaborative mindset in all her work to serve her clients, creating and implementing effective strategies throughout the legal process.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Scarabino served in law clerkships for several New Jersey law firms, gaining experience in commercial litigation, corporate and labor and employment law, as well as beginning her focus on insurance coverage.
