Christopher J. Keale
Managing Partner
Mr. Keale focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos litigation. He also has broad appellate experience in all areas of practice. Mr. Keale is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the 3rd and 9th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Keale serves as national, regional and local counsel with responsibility for tens of thousands of cases filed against several clients including a global engineering, construction and power company; a manufacturer of industrial adhesives, coatings and sealants; and a global manufacturer of powertrain products.
He has also served as trial and appellate counsel for an international energy company as well as a leading maker of paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals.
Mr. Keale has defended toxic tort cases, from inception through trial and appeal, in jurisdictions throughout the United States, including regular appearance in the MDL Court. He has also defended class actions in state and federal courts in numerous pharmaceutical and medical device cases.
Mr. Keale is a member of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ).
