Dan Salerno utilizes an intimate familiarity with all stages of complex product liability and mass tort litigation to assist clients in achieving beneficial resolutions in matters involving legal and financial exposure.
Prior to entering private practice, Dan spent more than a decade as an impactful paralegal and has been with TK since its inception. He provided a high level of insightful assistance for attorneys with trial preparation and needs related to serving as local, regional and national coordinating counsel in mass tort and class action lawsuits.
Dan also donates significant time to Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ), a New Jersey-based organization providing access to justice, accepting cases and changing the lives of thousands of residents. His involvement includes providing legal representation to individuals and families experiencing poverty, specifically in a program handling eviction and other housing issues.
In law school, Dan volunteered with various pro bono clinics in New Jersey handling similar matters.
