Elizabeth G. Gee


Elizabeth G. Gee focuses her practice in the areas of premise liability claims, defending professionals and educational institutions. She also has extensive commercial litigation experience.

While attending Villanova University School of Law, Ms. Gee served as the managing editor of student works for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. She also interned in the Philadelphia Law Department’s Commercial Law Unit. Following law school, Ms. Gee clerked for the Hon. Aida Waserstein in the Family Court of the State of Delaware, where she assisted Judge Waserstein in drafting orders and opinions regarding property and asset division.

Ms. Gee’s experience includes litigating mechanic’s lien claims, Prompt Payment Act claims, and claims involving contractual disputes and torts.

She has represented and successfully defended employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale LLP, she was an associate at Brehm, Nofer & McCarter, P.C.

Ms. Gee is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

She is currently a member of the North Coventry Township Zoning Hearing Board.
