Ms. Cohen manages all aspects of product liability, personal injury, construction defect, and motor vehicle accident cases. She has an extensive understanding of the discovery process and significant experience with pretrial and motion practice and alternative dispute resolution methods and regularly obtains excellent results on behalf of her clients, including early dismissals both by stipulation and dispositive motion, securing favorable settlements, and obtaining defense awards.

Ms. Cohen is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale, Ms. Cohen was a member of the casualty department at a large civil insurance defense firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before joining a small firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, that offered a full spectrum of litigation and transactional services for individuals, insureds, and self-insured entities. Prior to entering private practice, she organized and facilitated youth courts in two Camden, New Jersey, schools and served as a human services specialist teaching critical life skills to adolescent youth aging out of New Jersey’s foster care system. While in law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Nan S. Famular, P.J. Ch., in the Camden County (New Jersey) Superior Court.
