Heather Russell Fine

Ms. Fine is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex product liability and mass tort defense with a particular interest in representing automotive manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, regional product manufacturers, foodservice retailers and retail corporations on a local, national and international level.

Ms. Fine is admitted to practice law in Maine, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Maine; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.


Ms. Fine handles all aspects of complex product liability cases from inception through to verdict and appeal. She has successfully defended clients across the country from Maine to Alaska for cases ranging from arbitration-level breach of warranty issues to complex trial matters involving claims of catastrophic personal injury based on allegations of product defect.
