Jordan I. Rothman


Mr. Rothman focuses his practice in the areas of environmental, toxic tort and asbestos litigation. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigations, depositions, motion practice, and appeals.

He has been awarded the Brandeis Achievement Award and is an Eli J. & Phyllis N. Segal Citizen Leadership Fellow.

Mr. Rothman is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Mr. Rothman was previously an attorney in the litigation department of an Am Law 100 international law firm, where he worked on some of the largest litigation matters pending in federal court. He also worked at a mid-sized litigation firm in New York City, where he had primary responsibility over dozens of cases related to general liability, class actions, and a variety of other subjects.

As a law student, Mr. Rothman completed a judicial internship for a justice of the Supreme Court of New York, Kings County. He also completed an internship at Teach for America and worked as a politics and government instructor for AmeriCorps.
