Michael Lewandowski is an experienced litigator with a focus on product liability and toxic tort matters. With an aim to always represent his clients with their best interests at the forefront of the matter, Mr. Lewandowski has a proven ability to provide efficient, thorough and effective legal strategies in line with his clients’ goals.

In his work, Mr. Lewandowski represents manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and premises owners in toxic tort cases involving asbestos, while effectively coordinating, supervising and defending his clients in these matters. He utilizes his experience and expertise in asbestos litigation to advise clients on strategy and defense from the inception to the conclusion of case matters.
Mr. Lewandowski also has experience in matters related to commercial liability, medical malpractice and premises liability cases. His litigation expertise focusses upon all aspects of discovery and trial preparation.
