An accomplished litigator, Rebecca Elias continues to enhance her private practice focused on complex casualty litigation, New York Labor Law and construction litigation, premises liability and general negligence.

Ms. Elias’ experience handling matters for both plaintiffs and defendants provides her with a unique perspective in developing creative and effective legal strategies. She collaboratively works across legal teams to protect and defend her clients regardless of circumstance, handling matters from inception through resolution.

Ms. Elias began her career in private practice, working on premises liability and labor law matters at another New York law firm. Prior to law school, she completed a judicial internship for Justice Anna Culley of the Queens County Supreme Court.
