Sam Quatromoni focuses his private practice on effectively and efficiently handling all phases of civil litigation in matters involving premises liability, construction site accidents relating to state-specific labor law claims, property damage and other general liability issues. Beneficial to many of his involvements, he has extensive experience analyzing contracts and leases to assist in prosecuting and defending breach of contract and indemnity claims.

Mr. Quatromoni continues to build an established track record of utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods but also achieving beneficial outcomes when taking matters to trial, including all aspects of pleadings, discovery, depositions, court conferences, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Notably, Mr. Quatromoni’s litigation experience includes substantial involvement in high-exposure cases. He develops legal defense strategies aligned with the risk and exposure in these continually complex matters that often require meticulous work to identify, retain and prepare appropriate medical and liability experts.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Quatromoni spent time as a program associate and George Washington Law School Pathways to Practice Legal Fellow at the CEELI Institute in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, he managed the implementation of the Central and Eastern European Judicial Exchange Network, funded by the U.S. Department of State, and developed and implemented grant-funded programs, including anti-corruption training.

Mr. Quatromoni also worked as a legal intern with Human Rights First in Washington, D.C. and completed a judicial internship for the Hon. William E. Smith in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
