Tanenbaum Keale Named Products Liability Litigation Department of the Year

Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce it has been named Products Liability Litigation Department of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal.

The criteria for section was based on firms excelling in 2018, which included resolving matters for clients, working on significant appeals, handling cases that lead to impactful court decisions or other changes in the law.

Notable client successes in 2018 were successfully defending a pelvic mesh manufacturer in a products liability trial. In addition, the firm successfully defeated a plaintiff’s motion for a global engineering company in a case centered on the Jones Act.

The firm will be recognized at an awards reception on Wednesday, June 12 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park.
