Tanenbaum Keale LLP Chief Technologist Kenneth Jones was recently featured in a Legaltech News article on how in-house counsel are looking for ways to be more efficient with their expenses.
Jones touches on how the firm is already using tech to drive efficiencies and reduce costs for clients.
“I think it’s obvious to say Big Law probably has more resources and might have more relationships with alternative legal service providers … [But] boutique firms have an advantage to be a little more agile because of their size and might have the opportunity to react to changes in the industry like this in a timely manner,” Jones told Legaltech News.
