Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce that associate Timothy Freeman has been selected as a member of the 2021 class of Lawyers for Civil Justice’s Civil Justice Fellows Program, which enables participants to develop, write, and advocate for LCJ policy positions. He will serve a three-year term and have the opportunity to work with some of the best corporate and defense counsel from a variety of law firms and corporations.

LCJ’s Diversity and Young Lawyers Committee launched the Civil Justice Fellows Program in the Spring of 2019 to identify potential future leaders of the organization. Rising lawyers from LCJ Member firms and corporations with a demonstrated interest in and commitment to civil justice reform are eligible.

As a partnership of leading corporate counsel and defense bar practitioners, LCJ forges alliances among its members and leverages the strength of those alliances to help restore and maintain balance in the civil justice system. By uniting the business and defense bar communities in propelling reasonable reform initiatives, LCJ provides members with an amplified voice in civil justice reform.

At Tanenbaum Keale, Mr. Freeman focuses his practice on products liability defense. His clients include manufacturers of heavy equipment, industrial appliances, consumer products, and automobiles. He regularly provides counsel to clients in high exposure, complex litigation from the moment a complaint is filed until the final appeal is resolved.
