Tanenbaum Keale attorney Pamela Kaplan will chair the Young Lawyers breakout session during the three-day DRI Product Liability Conference, scheduled for this week in Austin, Texas.

The session, scheduled for Wednesday, will include presentations on various topics of interest for product liability attorneys, including the in-house counsel’s perspective on distinguishing oneself as a junior attorney, the treatment of software as a “product” for purposes of product liability litigation, and the continuing impact of social media on litigation strategy.

Kaplan’s private practice focuses on the areas of asbestos, environmental and toxic tort, and product liability litigation, providing clients with critical thinking and creativity for defense strategies in complex legal matters.
