David S. Blow

Special Counsel

Mr. Blow focuses his practice on product liability and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale LLP he spent 15 years with Sedgwick LLP litigating on behalf of companies in product liability, pharmaceutical liability, toxic tort and premises liability matters and preparing cases for trial.

Mr. Blow is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous other jurisdictions in the United States.

Mr. Blow is part of a National Coordinating Counsel team, serving both as primary and local defense counsel for a global industrial contractor and product manufacturer, as well as local counsel for other equipment and product manufacturers. He assists in the management of a large docket of asbestos cases in New Jersey and handles all aspects of complex products liability and toxic tort litigation on behalf of the firm’s equipment manufacturer clients.

In addition to his product liability litigation work, Mr. Blow has served as a trial counsel on behalf of leading insurance companies in personal injury defense and insurance fraud matters.


Mr. Blow is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section, National Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
