Tanenbaum Keale LLP has been named as one of four New Jersey law firms on the Benchmark Litigation Awards Shortlist for 2022, along with Gibbons, Greenberg Traurig, and Sills Cummis & Gross. These awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their exemplary work over the past 12 months, and the top four firms by state were selected after months of peer review-based research and submission reviews.
Benchmark Litigation, a leading legal guide dedicated solely to litigation, “set out to uncover the most impactful cases, the lawyers and law firms behind them, and the litigators who have paved the way.” Winners will be announced during a live ceremony for East Coast nominees on Thursday, March 24, in New York.

Tanenbaum Keale has been a repeat honoree in the annual Benchmark Litigation guide as a “Recommended Firm” in New Jersey, with partners Michael A. Tanenbaum and James H. Keale also recognized as Local Litigation Stars. Tanenbaum has earned distinction in the area of Environmental and Product Liability and Recall litigation, while Keale’s work has also been recognized in Product Liability and Recall. The 2023 honors will be announced in October.
