Tanenbaum Keale LLP associate Pamela Kaplan will be presenting at the upcoming DRI Young Lawyers Seminar in Charlotte, North Carolina, where her topic will be, “The Young Lawyer’s Toolkit: Litigation Strategies for Creatively and Effectively Working Up Cases Through Discovery.” In this presentation, Pamela will discuss the mechanics of serving subpoenas and information requests, obtaining and using training manuals and professional journals, and online tools that can assist attorneys in thinking outside the box and obtaining documents or information that might not be produced in standard discovery.
Pamela is a current member of the DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee, and serves as Co-Chair of the Substantive Law Liaison and Engagement Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Product Liability Committee, where she serves as the Marketing Liaison to the Mass Tort/Class Action Subcommittee.
