Tanenbaum Keale LLP partner Timothy Freeman recently helped lead a panel focused on 2023 civil case law updates during the 57th Annual New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) Convention, held in Washington, D.C. He specifically focused on recent decisions affecting New Jersey legal practices related to admissibility of expert testimony, duty to warn in the context of workplace injuries, and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act’s “ascertainable loss” requirement.
In addition, NJDA members elected Freeman to the Board of Directors. He previously served as an NJDA officer in the role of Vice President, Northern Region.
Freeman focuses his practice on the litigation of product liability and catastrophic personal injury. His clients include manufacturers of heavy equipment, industrial and consumer products, and automotive products.
