Tanenbaum Keale LLP attorneys Thomas Robertson and Timothy Freeman recently recorded a presentation entitled “Defending a Visibility Case Against a Manufacturer of Heavy Equipment” for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ (AEM) virtual Product Liability Seminar. They also conducted a live Q&A with about 100 attendees online.

Robertson and Freeman discussed significant issues related to this type of litigation, applicable case law, and best practices to minimize potential liability for heavy equipment manufacturers.

AEM’s Product Liability Seminar is a once-a-year opportunity to train with and learn from industry experts on off-road equipment safety and compliance. This includes a look at developments in risk assessment, hazard communication, technical publications, standards and regulations, incident investigation & litigation, and more.
